Vintage Garden Chaise

 Hello everyone,
I hope you had a lovely weekend. We have been busy with tours the past few days but on Saturday I did check out The Robin's Nest shop in New Haven as they had a half price sale on. One of the treasures I came home with was this lovely vintage chaise. I just knew I could find a spot for it in our garden.

I had this old quilt that I wrapped the cushion with and tossed on a pretty pillow.

I want you to enjoy the sweet fragrance of the honeysuckle growing over the arbor and around the garden in different places. It smells heavenly.

This antique came from Coulson's Antiques in Summerside a couple of years ago.
Always nice to have a cup of tea handy!

This is what it looked like before a dressing up.
I am here to tell you that it is very comfortable!

I hope you enjoyed seeing my new vintage garden chaise. I will have to take you on a tour of the garden next time. The garden is doing well, in spite of a what turned out to be the poorest spring in many years.I am happy to say things are looking better for the coming week, however so I hope to take advantage of it. Maybe, I will loaf around in the chaise in the sunshine for awhile!

I am joining Cielo at the house in the roses for show off your cottage Monday and also joining Susan for Metamorphsis Monday at Between Naps on the Porch.I know you will enjoy checking them out if you haven't already.

Thank you for visiting,

Carolyn
